교육법의 개념과 기본원리, 주요내용을 학습하는 강좌이다. 학생・교사・학부모・국가의 교육권과 교사의 법적지위(권리 및 의무)를 이론, 실정법, 판례를 중심으로 살펴보고 교원의 신분보장 및 권리구제 절차를 파악한다. 아울러 교원인사정책, 교육시설 및 정보자원관리, 학사 및 교육평가 영역에서 발생하는 법적문제를 규명한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course reviews the rights of education of students, parents, teachers, and nation, and especially examines the legal status of teachers from the perspective of related theories and decisions of the courts for the insurance of teachers’ rights and relief of them. In addition, this course tries to investigate legal issues on personnel policy, educational facilities and information resource management, students’ affairs and evaluation.
