청소년들의 잠재력을 개발하고 청소년 개개인이 가진 문제들을 해결하면서 개인과 사회에 긍정적인 인재로 성장시키기 위해 청소년들을 어떻게 지도해야 하는지를 학습한다. 청소년 지도의 목적을 달성하기 위한 다양한 프로그램의 설계 및 청소년 지도와 관련한 원리와 실천전략을 학습하고 실습한다.

In this course, students will learn about the methodology to thrive the potentialities of youths and to support them to be promising personal and social talents. Students will learn how to design educational programs and how to provide guidance based on the related principles and practical strategies in the real situation.
